Shigawake: Splitting Wood 2011

In The Survivor you will read of the building of 
the Old Homestead in the early 1800s. 
Heated by wood of course. 

In the Old Homestead of today, a direct descendant 

of the Deserter still carries on the tradition: 

Ted Wright splits massive chunks of wood brought him 

by another namesake James Almond, from his camp 

in the woods back of Shigawake.

Ted takes aim...
